We are working with a vendor to dissemiate vaccine information and Community Health Workers alongside the University of Maryland and HRSA to enable anyone that is not vaccinated against the novel COVID-19 virus to be outreached, educated and transported to an approved vaccination site.
If you do receive the COVID-19 vaccine after speaking to us, we are able to provide you with a post-covid-19 vaccine care package.
